This page explains how LePsychic LLC ("LePsychic," "we," "us") uses SMS text messaging, how you opt in, what messages you will receive, and how to opt out. This disclosure supplements our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

How You Opt In

You provide your mobile number and give express consent to receive text messages by checking an unchecked SMS consent box (or otherwise affirmatively agreeing) when you create an account, book an advisor session, complete checkout, or update your account notification settings on LePsychic. Consent is never pre-checked and is never required to make a purchase.

Opt-In Disclosure Language

At the point of opt-in, you will see the following disclosure:

"By checking this box, you agree to receive transactional text messages from LePsychic related to your account, appointments, advisor session updates, verification codes, wallet/payment alerts, and support. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase."

Types of Messages You Will Receive

Appointment confirmations and reminders; account verification (one-time passcodes); advisor session updates; wallet and payment alerts; and customer support replies. These are transactional and customer-care messages.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opt-Out and Help

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. You may also contact us at info@lepsychic.com for help with text messaging.

Privacy
