Return & Refund Policy

At LePsychic, we offer digital services including psychic readings, channeled letters, oracle readings, and spiritual consultations, as well as physical products such as ritual kits, tarot decks, journals, and spiritual tools.

Digital Services (Readings, Channeled Letters, Consultations)
Due to the personal and immediate nature of our digital services, all sales of readings, channeled letters, and consultations are final. Refunds are not available once a service has been delivered or a session has begun.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents delivery of your service, please contact us within 48 hours at info@lepsychic.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue or provide a replacement service.

Physical Products (Ritual Kits, Tarot Decks, Journals, Tools)
We accept returns of unused, unopened physical products within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition and packaging.

To initiate a return, contact us at info@lepsychic.com with your order number. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Subscriptions (Le Circle Memberships)
You may cancel your Le Circle subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing cycle.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect physical product, please contact us within 48 hours at info@lepsychic.com with photos and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
