Acceptable Use Policy

Users, advisors, and visitors agree not to: (a) use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of local, state, national, or international law; (b) harass, threaten, stalk, or abuse any person; (c) post or transmit obscene, hateful, defamatory, or infringing content; (d) impersonate any person or misrepresent affiliation; (e) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or accounts; (f) introduce malware, scrape, or reverse engineer; (g) use the Services to advertise or sell competing services; (h) record sessions without written consent; (i) solicit off-platform transactions with advisors; (j) create multiple accounts to exploit promotions; (k) engage in chargeback fraud.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of credits, IP/device blocking, law enforcement referral, and civil action. Report violations to abuse@lepsychic.com.
