Shipping Policy
Most of what we offer at LePsychic is digital — readings, wallet credit, memberships, and downloadable content — and is delivered instantly through your account. This policy covers our physical goods (print-on-demand apparel and curated objects fulfilled through Printful and select partners).
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Print-on-demand items are made to order. Personalized or engraved items may add 1-3 business days.
Shipping Options
Domestic (US): Standard 3-7 business days. Express 2-3 business days where available. International: 7-20 business days depending on destination and carrier. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our fulfillment partner.
Customs, Duties, & Taxes
International customers are responsible for any duties, import taxes, or customs fees assessed by their country. These are not included in our shipping charges.
Delays
Occasional carrier delays, weather events, and customs holds are outside our control. If a package is marked delivered but not received, please check with neighbors and local carrier, then contact care@lepsychic.com within 7 days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email care@lepsychic.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace or refund at no cost.
Lost Packages
For packages confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we will reship or refund once a claim is opened.
