Accessibility Statement

LePsychic is committed to making our platform usable by the widest possible audience. This statement describes our current accessibility posture, what we are working on, and how to reach us if something is not working for you.

Our Standard

We design and build against WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Our goal is full conformance across lepsychic.com, our checkout, our reading rooms (Le Chat), and all email communications.

What We Do

Alt text on meaningful images. Visible focus states on interactive elements. Keyboard navigation across all core flows (browse, book, checkout, reading). Color contrast ratios of at least 4.5:1 for body text and 3:1 for large text. Forms with labeled inputs and clear error messages. Captions and transcripts for published video content.

What We Are Working On

Full screen-reader testing across iOS VoiceOver, Android TalkBack, JAWS, and NVDA. Reduced-motion preferences honored throughout. Multi-language support (FR and ES planned within 90 days of launch).

Third-Party Tools

Some parts of the site rely on third parties (Shopify checkout, Stripe payments, Klaviyo forms, Loki reading rooms). We select vendors with strong accessibility track records and raise issues with them when we find them.
