A 9-day practice. Name each knot — 9 things you are releasing. Cut one knot each day while burning Dragon’s Blood. On Day 9: bathe in the salt and lavender soak. The cord is disposed of outside your home.

The 9-Day Practice

One knot per day. One naming per day. By Day 9, everything you chose to release has been physically separated from you. The bath on the final night closes the container.
