Our Promises
Every advisor on our roster has completed a three-stage vetting process. Every session is delivered with a transcript and an aftercare note. Every client is a verified adult of eighteen or older. Every refund request reaches a human within one business day. Every review we publish comes from a verified session.
How We Handle Predictions
Predictions are one use of a reading, not the whole of it. We do not guarantee outcomes or timelines. Our advisors are trained to frame predictions as possibilities, tied to the choices you make, not as fixed fates.
How We Handle Emotion
Readings can touch grief, fear, and longing. Our advisors are trained to hold emotion with steadiness and to know when a conversation belongs with a licensed professional. If a session surfaces something that needs more care than we can offer, your advisor will say so and point you to our Safety and Crisis Resources page.
How We Handle Mistakes
We apologize, credit, refund, and change our practice. When something goes wrong, we document it internally and, where relevant, update training and policy. We also publish a short transparency note once a year covering the number of complaints, categories, and resolutions.
How We Handle Your Money
All payments are processed through Shopify and its approved payment partners. We never hold your card number. We never auto-enroll you in subscriptions. We never sell your data.
Independent Oversight
We maintain an advisor standards board that reviews complex cases, including complaints against founders or senior staff. The board includes an outside professional unaffiliated with LePsychic, for independence.
