Each advisor is vetted through a written application, live audition, background interview, and code-of-conduct training. Bios and specialties are listed on each advisor page.
Is this real?
Readings are offered for entertainment and reflection. Whether you consider them spiritual, psychological, or archetypal, the value is in the conversation and the reframe it offers you.
How much does it cost?
Per-minute rates vary by advisor (typical $3.99-$9.99/min). Flat-rate sessions start at $30 for 15 minutes. Memberships and Le Wallet credits offer preferred rates. See How Pricing Works.
How do I pay?
Prepay to your Le Wallet with a card through Shopify Payments / Stripe, or pay per session at checkout. Apple Pay and Shop Pay are supported.
What happens if the call drops?
Unused minutes return to your Le Wallet automatically within minutes. If a session ends early due to a technical issue on our side, we credit or refund the full affected portion.
Can I stay anonymous?
Yes. You choose what to share. A display name is all that is required for a session.
How do I cancel a membership?
You can cancel any time from your account. The current cycle remains active until its end date.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, for physical goods. See Shipping Policy for times and rates.
Is LePsychic 18+?
Yes. All users must be 18 or older.
