You own your data. This page summarizes the rights you have over the information LePsychic holds about you and how to exercise them. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
Rights We Honor
Depending on your region, you may have the right to access a copy of the personal information we hold about you; correct inaccurate or incomplete information; delete your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements; restrict or object to certain processing; port your information to another service in a machine-readable format; withdraw consent at any time for processing that relies on consent.
GDPR and UK GDPR
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have the rights above under the GDPR. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
CCPA and CPRA
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information in the traditional sense; our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information link lets you opt out of any cross-context behavioral advertising.
Other Regions
We honor equivalent rights for residents of Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, and other states and countries with comparable laws, to the extent they apply.
How to Make a Request
Submit a request to privacy@lepsychic.com from the email on your account, or use the form linked from your account settings. We will verify your identity before acting, respond within the timeframes required by law, typically thirty to forty-five days, and keep a record of the request.
Authorized Agents
You may designate an authorized agent to act on your behalf. We will ask for proof of authorization and may contact you to confirm.
Appeal
If we decline your request, we will explain why and, where required, offer a route to appeal the decision.
