Returns & Refunds

LePsychic is a digital services platform. Most of what we sell is time, guidance, and access. The policy below explains how refunds, credits, and exchanges work across our offerings.

Readings & Live Sessions

If a live reading is interrupted by a technical issue on our side, we credit the unused minutes back to your Le Wallet automatically. If you feel a session did not meet a reasonable standard of care, contact us within 72 hours and we will review the session and, at our discretion, issue wallet credit or a refund to the original payment method.

Le Wallet Credits

Prepaid Le Wallet balances are non-refundable to cash once funded, but remain on your account indefinitely and can be used across any advisor or service. Promotional credits are non-refundable and may expire per the terms listed at the time of issue.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash, except where required by law. They do not expire.

Memberships & Subscriptions

You may cancel a recurring membership at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals. We do not prorate partial months, and the current cycle remains active until its end date.

Digital Products

Downloadable guides, audio, and course content are final sale once accessed or downloaded. If a file is defective or inaccessible, contact us and we will replace it or refund it.

Physical Goods

For any physical items (print-on-demand or curated goods), unused items in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Buyer covers return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receipt.
