Refunds and Reschedules

We want you to feel safe booking with us. This is our plain-language policy on reschedules, refunds, and the rare times things go sideways.

Reschedules

Life happens. You may reschedule any session up to two hours before the start time at no cost, as many times as you need. Within the two hour window, we ask for a small rescheduling courtesy fee that goes to the advisor who held the time.

No-Shows

If you miss a session without notice, the session is considered delivered and is not refundable. If you are running late, join as soon as you can. Your advisor will hold the room for fifteen minutes.

Refunds

If your session did not take place due to a technical issue on our side, you will receive a full refund or a rebooked session, your choice. If your session took place but did not meet our standard of care, write to our care team within seven days and we will review it personally. We offer partial or full refunds when the facts support it. We do not offer refunds for readings whose content you disagreed with. Reflection is not always comfortable.

Gifts

Unredeemed gift credits are fully refundable to the purchaser within ninety days. Redeemed gifts follow the same policy as any session.
