We do not sell your information. We do not share session content. Your Le Diary entries are private — not visible to advisors or LePsychic staff unless you choose to share them.

Refund Policy

Live session fees are non-refundable once a session has begun. If a technical issue on our end prevents a session from completing, we will refund unused session time.

Le Oracle letters: if your letter has not been delivered within 72 hours, contact us and we will resolve it.

Le Apothecary items: standard return within 14 days of delivery, unopened and in original condition. Contact us at the email in your confirmation to initiate a return.

Session Recording

Sessions at LePsychic are not recorded by us. Advisors are not permitted to record sessions. What happens between you and your advisor stays between you and your advisor.
