Age Verification & Consent

LePsychic is for adults. This page explains why, how we verify, and what you are agreeing to when you book.

Eighteen and Over

All clients must be at least eighteen years old. Readings touch grief, relationships, identity, and other tender material, and we believe adult clients are best positioned to receive them. We do not make exceptions, even with guardian consent.

How We Verify

At account creation you confirm your date of birth. At checkout you reconfirm with a single check that you are eighteen or older. For gift recipients, the recipient confirms their age when they redeem the gift; the giver does so on their behalf at purchase.

What Else You Consent To

When you book, you confirm that you understand readings are for entertainment and personal reflection, that they are not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, or mental health advice, that your advisor may decline to read on topics outside our scope, and that transcripts will be generated and delivered to your account.

Gifts to Minors

Gift cards and experiences cannot be redeemed by anyone under eighteen. If a gift is received by a minor, please contact gifting@lepsychic.com and we will cancel and refund the gift.

Family Accounts

We do not offer shared or family accounts. Each adult client should maintain their own account so their session history, transcripts, and billing remain private.

Emancipated Minors and Special Cases

We cannot accommodate emancipated minors, student bookings under eighteen, or parental consent waivers. This is a firm policy and not a reflection of any individual client.
