Experienced reader? We open advisor applications quarterly. Next cohort: reviewed on the first Monday of each quarter.
Who We're Looking For
- 3+ years of paid reading experience (platform, private practice, or both).
- A specialty you can name in one sentence — not "I do everything."
- Comfort with a no-fear-tactics, no-urgency, no-upsell ethics standard.
- Availability for at least 10 hours/week of live reading windows.
- Willingness to complete a live vetting reading with a LePsychic founder.
Compensation
- 70% revenue share on every reading — one of the highest rates in the industry.
- Weekly payouts via Stripe or direct deposit.
- No platform fees deducted from your share.
- Founders Circle launch bonus for the first 20 advisors onboarded.
How to Apply
- Email advisors@lepsychic.com with: your specialty, 2–3 sentences on your reading philosophy, a sample reading (written or recorded), and your availability window.
- If selected, we schedule a 30-minute live vetting reading with a founder.
- Onboarding takes 5–7 days: ethics agreement, profile build, and a 30-day mentored trial.
What We Don't Accept
- Readers who make specific health, legal, or financial predictions.
- Scripts, cold-reading templates, or "money spell" upsells.
- Anyone who has had a platform ban for fraud or sitter complaints within the last 3 years.
We read every application personally. Response time: 5–10 business days.
