4.3 Cancellation and Satisfaction Policy
4.3.1 Appointment Cancellations and Rescheduling
Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled at any time up to 30 minutes before the scheduled start time with no penalty
Cancellations within 30 minutes of the appointment or no-shows will forfeit the full session fee with no cash refund issued 🚫
For cancellations within the 30-minute window or no-shows, you may submit a support ticket requesting a follow-up email reading of similar length with your preferred advisor
4.3.2 Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not 100% satisfied with your reading for any reason, you must submit a support ticket within 72 hours (3 business days) of your session 🕒
As a courtesy, your original advisor will provide an EMAIL READING of similar length to your original chat/call/video session 💳
If you prefer a different advisor, indicate your top two advisor preferences in your support ticket, along with the specific questions from your original session
All follow-up readings will be delivered within 1 business week (though advisors typically respond ASAP, not all work daily)
4.3.3 Technical Difficulties
If technical difficulties occur during your session (dropped calls, system glitches, etc.) on either end, submit a support ticket within 72 hours to report the issue 🛑
We'll provide a complimentary 15-minute email reading to answer up to 3 questions, with your choice of advisor 
Technical difficulties are sometimes unavoidable in remote/virtual services, but we'll always do our best to make it right
4.3.4 Credit Policy
All compensation and refunds will be provided exclusively as Email Readings, never as cash refunds 💳
The length of the Email Reading will correspond to the original session length or appropriate compensation for the issue experienced
4.3.5 Dispute Resolution and Chargebacks
By using our services, you agree to contact LePsychic directly regarding any disputes before initiating chargebacks or payment disputes with your financial institution 📞
You agree to make a good faith effort to resolve any issues directly with LePsychic customer service 💬
Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue directly with LePsychic may result in termination of your account and forfeiture of any unused credits or extension of membership or any form of access or service from LePsychic. 🔒
User Conduct
Users agree not to:
