You were billed for a session that didn't occur
Unauthorized charges appeared on your account
Partial credits or refunds may be offered for sessions that were partially completed or partially unsatisfactory.

3. How to Request a Refund or Credit

Step 2: Include the following information:

Your account email address
Date and time of the session
The advisor's name
Brief explanation of the issue (2-3 sentences is fine)
Step 3: Our support team will review your request

Initial response: Within 24 hours

Resolution issued: Within 5 business days
You'll receive: A clear explanation of our decision and, if approved, your choice of refund or account credit.

6. Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot offer refunds or credits in the following cases:

โœ— Changed mind after completion:
If you received a full, professional reading but later decided you didn't want it.

โœ— Policy misuse:
Attempting to obtain multiple free readings by repeatedly requesting refunds without legitimate cause.

โœ— Requests beyond 7 days:
Refund requests made more than 7 days after the session (except in extenuating circumstances โ€” contact us to discuss).

Important: We distinguish between "I didn't connect with this advisor's style" (eligible for first-reading guarantee or credit toward a different advisor) and "The prediction didn't come true" (not eligible, as outcomes cannot be guaranteed).
